Privacy Policy for SFLWA Bridge Connector for WordPress

Effective Date: April 7, 2026

1. Introduction SFLWA Bridge Connector for WordPress (“the App”) is an OAuth2 integration service that enables WordPress-based software (such as the Billing Dashboard for MainWP and our Customer Portal tools) to securely communicate with QuickBooks Online.

2. Data Access & Usage The App requests “read-only” access to your QuickBooks Online data to facilitate:

  • Business Management: Synchronizing recurring transaction templates and aging reports for administrative oversight.
  • Customer Self-Service: Allowing authorized WordPress users to view their own specific billing history and open invoices.

3. Data Residency & Security We do not operate middle-man servers. All data retrieved via the App is transmitted directly from Intuit to your own self-hosted WordPress installation.

  • No Data Collection: SFLWA does not collect, view, or store your financial data on our own infrastructure.
  • Local Storage: Your QuickBooks data and API tokens are stored exclusively in your local WordPress database.

4. Data Security All handshakes and data transfers are performed over encrypted HTTPS connections. Security of the stored data on your WordPress site is the responsibility of the site administrator.

5. Disconnection You may revoke the App’s access at any time via the Plugin settings or your QuickBooks Online account manager.
